Our school is participating in a School Climate Transformation Survey through the School Climate Transformation Grant. The survey will allow West Jefferson High School to measure conditions for learning to improve our school’s environment. The results will be used to develop and implement data driven targeted interventions that will improve academic achievement, increase student safety, increase graduation rates, among other favorable outcomes. The survey will be administered to all students in 9th & 11th grades by using a survey link and a school code so the results can be aggregated by school. Before the survey is administered, a passive permission form, posted below, will be given to parents of students in those grades. If you do not want your child to participate in the survey, that form needs to be filled out and returned to school. The survey will be administered February 2nd through the end of the school year.
