The official kick-off for voter registration began yesterday here at West Jefferson High School. The Jefferson Parish Public School District, in conjunction with the Jeremiah group, has coordinated voter registration drives during the period of February 25th through March 1st. As usual, our scholars led the way by hosting a spirited kickoff. Our students know the importance of having their voices heard and their votes matter.
