West Jeff recently completed Fall textbook distribution to all students. The process could not have happened as smoothly as it did without the assistance and expertise of our ROTC cadets, led by MSgt. Cindy Richards. They collected schedules, pulled books, and facilitated the checkout during an intense hour and a half for four consecutive days. Ms. Adams, Ms. George, and faculty team members were very appreciative of all their efforts. As a reward for their diligence and service, the Harvey Canes restaurant treated our students to a lunch that included chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, and their famous dipping sauce. The West Jeff High School family would like to thank Mr. Shawn, the store’s manager, and the Harvey Canes restaurant for their generous donation and commitment to education and our community.
